General Overview		Jesko is something of a workaholic, thriving on the organizational aspects of his job. He is efficient and pragmatic. Off duty, he enjoys people-watching, and being in large social settings, even if he isn’t necessarily involved.

Personal History		Jesko was born in Vanderyn, just outside the capital city of Delta IV. His mother Wyla had just begun her career as an Ambassador, first for Delta IV, and later for the Federation. This career meant that the family spent relatively small amounts of time on the homeworld and Jesko seemingly grew up in embassies, on diplomatic barges, or in starbases. The family traveled with a large group of staff, mostly Deltan but with some other species. These experiences taught the boy to be socially gregarious, well-mannered, and cultured. However he learned early on how different his species was to others. And that certain precautions must always be taken before interacting with outsiders. His education came primarily from tutors and e-learning. Jesko excelled at mathematics, history, and physical education, but had some shortcomings in biology, literature, and drama. During an Ambassador’s ball held to welcome Wyla to the Federation embassy on Hydra Prime, Lyran terrorists attempted to kidnap the most senior Federation staff in a bid to stall Federation-Hydran alliance talks. Jesko was wildly impressed with the Starfleet rescue party who responded. Such an impression was made on the young Deltan as to leave no doubt in his mind as to where his future lay. His parents were disappointed, as they had hoped he would follow his mother in Diplomatic service. In a bid to placate them, Jesko minored in Starfleet’s diplomatic program. But his great passion was Operations.
Service Record		2384 - 2388 : Jesko joins Starfleet Academy, Studying Operations with a minor in Diplomatics 2388: Jesko graduates, and is promoted to the rank of Ensign. He is assigned to the USS Valley Forge as gamma shift Operations officer. 2391: Promoted to Lieutenant, Junior Grade. 2393: Promoted to Chief Operations Officer of the Valley Forge. 2395: USS Valley Forge decommissioned. Lieutenant Jesko reassigned to the USS Endurance as Chief Operations Officer.
