| General Overview | Rey strives to better himself as best as he can. While he already has "Phoenix" as a call-sign, he strives to live up to that name. Since his father's disappearance, he became more distant from the rest of his family, who where serving on the same ship. In fact, because he didn't want to cause tensions, he left the Davies. |

| Personal History | Rey was born on June 2, 2362 aboard the USS Hood. During his time on the Hood, he often fell under the care of helmsman Alex Richards, when his parents were sometimes too busy with their positions aboard the Hood to take care of him. When Rey was 7, Lieutenant Richards taught Rey how to fly his first shuttle, much to the disapproval from Rey's parents. A few years later in 2372, his mother transferred to the USS Sovereign. However, his father wanted his kids to have a life on Earth, rather than a life in space, most likely due to the rising threats in the Galaxy. 8 years later, Rey applied to Starfleet Academy in the Flight Control and Tactical divisions, getting accepted a few months later. During his Junior year, he joined a fighter squadron of 5 cadets. A few years later in 2384, he was in the top 15% of his class at the Academy when he graduated. He was promoted to Ensign, and given his first assignment aboard the USS Titan, as the Assistant Chief Helm Officer. He served with distinction aboard the Titan. In 2387, he was serving as the Acting Chief Helm Officer as his superior was on shore leave. On a mission in the middle of the year shortly after the destruction of Romulus the Titan was ambushed by 4 Romulan warships. While the Titan was capable, the ship was severely outgunned and outnumbered. As a result, the Titan was nearly destroyed. But, with the help of the ship's tactical abilities and Rey's flying, they managed to disable the Romulan warships and make their narrow escape. While the Titan was being repaired at Starbase 39, Rey was promoted in rank for his actions, and he was promoted to the Chief Helm Position full time as well. He remained on the Titan for 3 more years, until he transferred to his mother's ship, the USS Davies. Aboard the Davies, he was the Chief Flight Controller. He spent 4 years on the Davies under the command of his mother, Captain Blake Watson. During his time on the ship, the Davies spent most of her time the Alpha Quadrant, and even was assigned to DS9 for a time. In his last year on the Davies, he discovered that his father, who was the CO of Deep Space 4, was declared MIA, for unknown causes. Because of this, he requested transfer to the USS Endurance, as her Chief Flight Control Officer. Ultimately, he transferred to another ship, because with his Mother, Brother, and Sister on the command staff of the Davies, he felt that tension would rise because of their missing father.
